Prices are shown in Indian rupees unless stated otherwise. The total shown at checkout is the amount submitted for payment. An order is subject to successful payment verification and our ability to fulfil it. We may contact you to clarify delivery details or resolve an order issue.

Online payments are processed through icici Bank and the payment options enabled at checkout. Do not share your UPI PIN, password or OTP with anyone, including anyone claiming to represent Rio Orchard. An order should be treated as paid only after payment status is confirmed.

Delivery availability, charges (if any), estimated timing and delivery arrangements may depend on the destination and order. Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address and reachable mobile number. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by weather, transport or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
6. Cancellation, returns and refunds
If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible and include the order reference. Cancellation may not be possible once an order has been prepared or dispatched. For damaged, incorrect or missing items, contact us promptly with the order details and relevant photographs.
